Skilltasy places and trains candidates, which means a steady flow of job postings, applications and resumes. Handling them by hand made it slow to match the right people with the right roles.

02What we built

We built an applicant tracking system connected to a new website. Jobs are posted once and each application is tracked from submission to selection. AI-powered parsing reads and sorts incoming resumes and supports bulk updates, while reporting shows how the pipeline is performing.
