01The brief

KingKolo Sports manufactures sportswear, and much of production was managed by hand. That led to errors, limited visibility of stock and order processing that was slower than the business needed.

02What we built

We built an ERP around their production process. It automates steps that used to be manual, tracks inventory in real time and links production to order fulfilment, so orders move faster and are tracked accurately.
