Booking a WebCabz ride, made simple

01The brief

For a car rental service, booking is the first impression. WebCabz needed customers to be able to book quickly and know when their cab would arrive, and their own team needed a better way to manage reservations, vehicles and drivers.

02What we built

We built a booking engine with a short, clear flow for choosing a vehicle and confirming a ride. GPS tracking shows customers where their cab is and when it will arrive. Behind it, an admin dashboard handles bookings, vehicle assignment and driver coordination, and confirmations, reminders and cancellations go out automatically.

   Customers can book a cab in a few steps, which has improved satisfaction and lifted booking rates.

   Riders can see the cab on the map and its expected arrival time, which builds trust before the trip even starts.
